Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats.
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed in the apartment home.
• Monthly Rent $25.00 per pet.
• $300 non-refundable fee for 1 pet; $500 non-refundable fee for 2 pets.
Your pets should be treated like royalty! As a resident at Piper Lofts, your furbabies are a part of the exclusive Price Brothers Pet Royalty Club! You can find all of the perks you will receive on the Price Brothers Management website.
